At ArtfullIndia, we strive to provide the best quality handcrafted Indian art and decor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Customized, handmade, or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

2. Refund Process:

• To initiate a return, contact us at admin@artfullindia.com with your order details and reason for return.
• If approved, we will provide a return shipping address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email admin@artfullindia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund in such cases.

4. Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
